Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SR Sourcing LLC's website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
SR Sourcing LLC is a material sourcing service based in Hood River, Oregon and a sister company of Studio Renee.
Our Services
SR Sourcing provides material sourcing consultations and procurement services for tile, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and related materials. Our services are intended for clients who have existing plan sets and are ready to make material selections.
Services are provided on a project basis and begin upon scheduling a sourcing consultation. Specific service scope, timelines, and fees will be outlined prior to commencement of any procurement work.
Consultations
Initial sourcing consultations are complimentary. During the consultation we will assess your project, review your plan set and inspiration materials, and determine whether SR Sourcing is a good fit for your needs.
Following the consultation, we will provide a curated material selection. Proceeding with material orders is at your discretion. We do not charge for the consultation itself — our compensation is earned through sourcing fees applied to material orders placed through us.
Material Orders & Fees
When you elect to proceed with material procurement through SR Sourcing:
- A sourcing fee will be applied to your order, the amount of which will be disclosed to you in writing prior to placing any order.
- All orders require your written approval before being placed with vendors.
- Lead times, availability, and pricing are subject to vendor terms and may change. We will communicate any material changes promptly.
- Payment terms will be specified per order. Orders are not placed until payment or deposit is received as required.
Client Responsibilities
To receive our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate project information, including plan sets, measurements, and design direction
- Review and approve all material selections and orders in a timely manner
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your project scope or timeline
- Ensure your contractor or project team is prepared to receive and inspect materials upon delivery
Returns, Cancellations & Order Changes
All sales are subject to individual vendor return and cancellation policies, which vary by supplier. SR Sourcing will communicate applicable vendor policies at the time of order. We are not responsible for restocking fees, return shipping costs, or vendor-imposed cancellation charges.
Once an order has been placed with a vendor, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We strongly recommend confirming all selections before approving an order.
Damages & Defects
Materials must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or defects must be documented and reported to SR Sourcing within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you and the vendor to resolve documented issues, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this window or damage caused during installation.
Limitation of Liability
SR Sourcing acts as a sourcing intermediary between clients and vendors. We are not the manufacturer or direct seller of materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SR Sourcing LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the sourcing fees paid for the specific order in question.
We are not liable for vendor delays, product discontinuations, manufacturing defects, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, and imagery — is owned by SR Sourcing LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hood River County, Oregon.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
